Service Description
New from March, a chance for adults to enjoy the improv classes that have been so popular with youngsters over the last year. Improvisation is a great way of connecting with people, having fun and being creative. There is a mixture of games, exercises and scenes, creating characters and stories. There will be lots of laughs, but don’t feel you need to be a “funny person” to enjoy it and be good at it – it’s not about cracking jokes but rather about building on each other’s ideas and seeing where the magic comes from. Improv is for everybody! The course is hosted by Charlie Sturgeon (www.charliesturgeon.com) who has been trained by some of the top names in improv and performs with The Impromptu Shakespeare Company and They Don't Know the Half of It. Wednesdays 7.30 p.m.
