This is a philosphy class for children running in 4 week blocks.

Week 1. What Makes Soup Soup?

When does a soup become sauce? Does soup have to be served in a bowl? In this Philosophy Wranglers Homeschool session, we’ll move on from soup to more important concepts that are even harder to define – freedom, happiness, wisdom – wherever our search for the ingredients of what makes a something a something leads us. Also games and riddles to get participants thinking together.

Week 2. Self, Self, Self 

This week’s P4HE sessions are all about you. We’ll take a tour inside our own minds as we try to sift through our thoughts to find the us that is doing the thinking. What happens when different parts of you have different ideas about what they want to do? And how sure can you be that you are who you think you…
