About

Philosophy Explorers

Times are GMT+1

For 6-8 years old, a mix of fun, brain stretching games, stories and discussions that will build confidence and thinking skills and introduce some weird and wonderful questions from the world of philosophy. Rather than having a fixed programme, each block of four sessions will be tailored to the children in the group.

The sessions are embedded within an ongoing story. We've been travelling the galaxy, but from October we'll be taking to the high seas in a new nautical adventure, travelling from island to island meeting people with unusual problems to solve.

If you were bigger than your parents, who would be in charge? If your sister takes the best seat in front of the TV while you are helping your dad, whose seat is it? How should a crew of pirates share out their treasure? How would you explain what a chair is to an alien? Each session is one hour long.
